This page covers the website tlyinvestments.com.au, run by TLY Investments Pty Ltd (ACN 677 990 617), Melbourne, Australia. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, linked below, because each one handles different information.

This website

This site collects no personal information. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and has no forms or accounts. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the request for the font files in the way any web server does.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records the technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, page requested) in server logs for a short period, for operating and securing the service. We do not use those logs to identify visitors.

Email you send us

If you email hello@tlyinvestments.com.au, we keep your message and address for as long as the conversation needs, and use them only to reply. We do not add you to any list.

Your rights

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@tlyinvestments.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
